Your data and your options
This company website and its Cascade Heist: Bus Rivals and OwnPact previews do not create user accounts or accept uploads. They therefore do not have app accounts or uploaded documents to delete.
Delete an inquiry or support conversation
Email support@instadyn.com from the address you used to contact us. Include the relevant product or conversation and say what you want deleted. Do not send passwords or private documents. We will verify the request where needed and explain its scope and any legal retention exceptions.
Data in an application
For a live application or an external service, follow the deletion guidance in that product and its policy. Removing an application may not delete cloud records, shared copies, backups or subscriptions. Export anything you want to keep before deleting local data.
Products in development
Cascade Heist: Bus Rivals and OwnPact do not yet offer a public release here. Product-specific instructions will accompany released functionality. This page is not a working account-deletion service for an unreleased app.
Subscriptions
Deleting information or an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Manage recurring purchases with the store or provider used for the purchase.
