App Store and Google Play
For a store purchase, use the support and refund process of the store that processed the payment. Eligible purchase restoration and subscription management depend on the actual app and store account. We do not promise a refund outside the applicable terms or limit statutory rights.
Subscriptions and deletion
Deleting an app, data or an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Manage recurring payments through the store or billing provider used for the purchase.
