These terms cover the informational website operated by Instadyn LLC. App licenses, product purchases and consulting agreements may have separate terms. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Product previews
Previews describe work in development. Features, platforms, prices and availability may change before release. A preview is not a promise of a release date or a functioning application. Use the actual product or store listing for current release information.
Website content
Instadyn and its licensors retain rights in the website’s content, graphics, software and branding. You may access the site and share its links for lawful purposes. Do not misuse branding to imply an endorsement or ownership relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others or misuse personal information. Do not send information you are not entitled to share.
Inquiries and external services
An inquiry does not create a client relationship or confidentiality agreement. Scope, fees and obligations are established separately in writing. Linked products, app stores and repositories are governed by their own operators and terms. Calculator results and AI outputs require appropriate user judgment.
Availability and rights
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply.
